Send a mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] That is a
mailing list dedicated to PGP newbies and there are a lot of folks
willing to help.

There are pros and cons. The main pros are that the key is right
there on a public keyserver and it's easily available to anyone who
wants it. The main cons are that anyone can download that key, sign
it without your permission and upload it again with whatever
signature they please. In practice, this doesn't often cause
problems. People don't usually sign keys unless they mean it and the
key owner has sanctioned the signing.
