Thanks Thomas & Edgar,

I have gotten the MIME attachment to work. It is not quite what I
want.

When someone sends an HTML message it opens, even in TheBAT, with all
the colors, bolds, etc that the sender wanted....even, in most cases,
with the links enabled if clicked on. This is what I would like to
forward....or forward, but take out the reference to who originally
sent it to me. The MIME attachement method sends a text message with
the attachement which the receiver must then manually open....and is a
copy of the original message with all the senders info.

To do what I want requires add'l steps or is impossible (to me). For
example, if I create an HTML message, I cannot just copy the HTML info
from THE BAT view as this come across as text, but if I open the
message.htm in IE I can copy it into the HTML message I want to send.

However, if the HTML message has external references (which open just
fine when sent to me in THEBAT), I get an error message when I copy
from IE to TheBAT HTML message..."List index out of bounds (0)". I
can save the message.htm and then attach it to my message, but then
it again is an attachement that the receiver will have to open.

Am I just trying to do something in TheBAT which is just "not as
designed"....and if so, why? Or am I missing something in the
procedures/tricks which I need to learn?

Thanks.....JOHN
