Another of those "impossible" reply messages:

I used the reply template listed below to reply to the Copy
Editing List digest (the list is run by Bill Blinn, a member
here), and copied the subject line from the digest to the MicroEd
window in place of the digest subject which the reply macro
automatically placed there.

The subject looked OK, but came out on the list digest as:
Subject: =?ISO-8859-15?Q?Re=3A_CHAT=3A_Birthday_Greetings=0D=0ARe=3A_CHAT=3A_Bir?=
      =?ISO-8859-15?Q?thday_Greetings=0D=0ARe=3A_CHAT=3A_Birthday_Greetings?=

When I looked at the sent message, that is what appears in the
subject line, until I click in the subject area of the viewer,
upon which it instantly reverts to: Re: CHAT: Birthday
Greetings though if I copy that and paste it here I get:

Re: CHAT: Birthday Greetings
Re: CHAT: Birthday Greetings
Re: CHAT: Birthday Greetings

(That's right, three of them with one paste),

Any ideas?
