Hi Bats, After my latest faux pas with the auto-complete, bane and boon that it is, I determined to find a way to not pay the penalty for my own inattention. This may seem simple to most of you, but I have just discovered that if you use a nickname in the AB that doesn't start with the first letters of the person's name, the auto complete does not include the list of the others included in a message sent previously. For instance, my email recipient is Lee. Her AB nickname is also lee. If I include her in a mail to several other people, when I again type lee for a new mail, the auto complete adds the other people that were sent the previous time regardless of whether the others are wanted in this present mail. My solution is to change the nickname in the AB to jll instead of Lee, this somehow fools the auto-complete function and only her name is inserted into the field.
