MR> Why pay for spam filtering when there are really good free filters? There are a couple of good reasons to use (and pay for) something like SpamCop's filtering service. I have used it for almost 2 years now. Firstly the filtering is done on their server. Viruses don't even get near my pc, and only stuff that isn't spam makes my Bat. As spam continues its ever increasing prevalence spamcop can scale on my behalf. The bandwidth to my PC can be the email I want, not the up to 200 spams per day. Also it enables my spam that is caught to be easily reported, thus keeping those admins who care informed, and the blocking list fresh. Once you have any whitelist entries that might need, there is no configuration or training required by spamcop, it does all that for you, automatically. cheers, davidp. -- David Pascoe, mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED], Western Australia Using The Bat! v2.01.26 on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 1 ________________________________________________ Current version is 2.01.3 | "Using TBUDL" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
