Go to tools backusp and make a ful backup making sure that you have selected "store external attachments with msg body" If this works all attachements to emails you currently have in your databse will be stored in the backup file. No you delete all attachements (and maybe emails) and do a restore from the backup. You should now have only the attachements of which the msg are in your database.
