LOL! That's the fun of folder tempaltes (and the reason I don't use any). Obviously, you are not always clicking on the same address, so AB tempaltes won't work. Over here, since I don't use any folder templates, the account template would kick in. But since you are using folder templates, your only choice is to create a folder for these occasions and ensure that the focus is on that folder before you hit a mailto link. -- Cheers, Thomas.
