Ok, so that would be account properties and its folders?

Then, what I normally do:
- install TB! with some dummy account
- after that use Account | New
- in that window enter one of your known account names
- click Browse and select its Home directory
- click next for the following account setup screens
- now that account should be restored correctly

- repeat for other accounts
- delete the dummy account

I use this when needed. My accounts / addressbook are not stored in the
default location either, but on a network drive.
