With the option 'Save address book set' you're saving your configuration, that is what address books you're using. Let's say you've got five AB's, three of them are used when you're doing your personal mail and a different combo of three is being used when you're busy with work. Now you can save those sets as personal.ini and business.ini. Next time you want to change from business to personal, you just load the personal set, that's easier than closing two AB's and opening two other AB's... The address books themselves are saved automatically when you're adding new entries to them. When you want to save the entries in your AB to a different file, you should select those entries and use the export function in your AB. File -> Export to -> Pick your export type -- Groetjes, Roelof ________________________________________________ Current version is 2.02.3 CE | "Using TBUDL" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
