The only thing I can add here is to think widely on the cause.
Just yesterday, I noted that I no longer get a menu when right
clicking a web page in Opera. Turns out that it happens when Music
Match Jukebox is running. Go figure.
IOW's look out for those wacky application interactions, especially
when you're problem cannot be duplicated by others. Unfortunately as
software is developed/enhanced, adverse interactions with other
software may very well occur when they previously didn't.
