Greetings, all:

I would like to access some old Bat messages and search for certain
content. Some of these were backed up by the Bat, while others are just
copies of various Bat folders. These now exist on archived drives and
similar.

Whenever I have started down this path, I have seen a message that seems
to warn me, ". . . is not empty. Do you want to proceed anyway?" Can
somebody tell me what this warning means?

It has occurred to me that I should first empty my existing, current
_Inbox_ (by moving those messages to a new folder) before restoring or
loading Bat messages from other locations. Is this enough to stay safe
when bringing older messages into the Bat?

I've had a quick look around on the Archives for help with this, but
nothing was clearly relevant.

Thank you in advance,

David
