That might actually be a SMTP problem. When e-mail is sent (at least
using a telnet client), the server says (this one is an Exchange
server), after the DATA command: "354 Start mail input; end with
<CRLF>.<CRLF>" So, a period on a line by itself tells the server that
you are done with the message. Therefore, anything after the period is
cut off, causing the invalid signature.
