With your version of TB!, there's only one way and that is to hold the
Alt button down while left clicking on the message flag icon of any
message showing the priority which you wish to have displayed alone.

V2.03, currently in beta, will support new view modes that allows you
to filter out all messages except those with a particular priority. In
fact, you'll be able to do this sort of filtering on any message list
content/attribute, and have such a filter associated with a particular
view mode.
