You can add %Account= macro to all new message templates. This would
mean that all new message would be sent only from that account, and
you will have to manually switch accounts if you want to send from
antoher one.

Other than that, TB would have no way knowing which account you mean
to send from, unless you click into any folder of the desired account,
which would be what most of us do.
