Hello TBUDL, If on the actions tab of a incoming mail filer the "play sound" is selected, how do you know set the default sound is under "Play the system sound"?
It doesn't seem to be working which is why I ask. If no default sound is defined it would explain why the sound is not working when the incoming filter has been activated.
