Let's say you've got 15 people named Joe in your address book, all entered with their first and last names. Type in "Joe" in your address book field and TB will auto-complete it to match the first Joe in your AB. If you want a different Joe but don't feel like typing in his last name, use Ctrl-+ to cycle through all entries starting with Joe. > To answer your posted question, you shouldn't need multiple address book > entries. Yup, but it doesn't work as convenient as with Ctrl-+ that way if you do want to use a different address.
