You can emulate that quite easily...

Create a shortcut (RClick - Create New - Shortcut) pointing to
"C:\Program Files\The Bat!\thebat.exe" /CHECK"My account 1";"My account 2"
or whatever your paths and accounts may be.
Drag it to your QuickStart-field, that's the one that usually sits
besides the Start-button and contains a "Show desktop"-icon, for easy
access.
Now, every time you want to check "My account 1" and "My account 2" but
not "My account 3" or "My account 8454", you just have to click your
shortcut.
