TheBat! => Help => Index: select "editor" and find your way to
Miscellaneous commands(?) and:

                          Uppercase the Current Word      Ctrl+[
                          
                          Lowercase the Current Word      Ctrl+]
                          
  Capitalize the first character of the Current Word      Ctrl+/
