Wait wait wait...

Umm, am I being told I need to put a cut-line on these mails without
signatures? It's been vehemently regurgitated so often I thought I had
to put in a cut-line and I don't even use signatures.

Even the reply to this mail on the list contained the warning.

So, I have attempted it from time to time, <dash><dash><space><ctrl-enter>.
And now I am being told that even that is malformed. This is too dramatic.

If I don't use signatures here, will I be told I need to use a cut-line?
