No. The EULA for TB! doesn't restrict you to installing TB! on only
one machine.

From this, my understanding carries the agreement even further in
that, you can have TB! installed on more than one machine, provided
that only you will be using those installations (the license is not
transferable) and that you'll not be using both installations at the
same time.
