I'm using Kerio PF and have this happening from time to time, too.
Except after changing the actual (beta)exe, where it is appropriate,
it happens when I use the <F11> or <alt>+<F2> shortcuts. I suspect it
might have to do with proxy servers, as it only happens since I
installed K9 for spam filtering and MyGate for newsgroups.

When I only fetch mail for one account, no warning appears, although
the other accounts are being checked too (due to time settings), so I
can't explain this behaviour.
