Long as you've made the username part sufficiently complex as to avoid accidental random hits. Something like TBx84374ndms etc. Otherwise you'll have a false positive. When I created my daughter's domain name and set the catchall e-mail address to dump into my home mailbox, I received spam on it in less than 48 hours, and there aren't any real mail addresses on it, nor have any been used.
