You're still sending in from yahoo despite all the advice given you regarding setting up your yahoo identity in The Bat!. Please follow that advice. It's correct. The way yahoo massacres format is a deterrent to anybody being able to read your posts well enough to provide an answer. >>> Set up a filter in Account Sorting Office to move mails from >>> Inbox to your designated folder where the string "bat" is >>> present in Subject. SK> Ehmm yes that's what I said ? What I need to know is HOW TO DO SK> THIS - This is all basic functionality, adequately covered by the TB Help. Even if you can't find it there, the function you need is in the "Sorting Office/Filters" for the Account (as you would expect). You are trying to filter incoming messages, so logically you need to create a new incoming message filter. There's a form on the left of the sorting office. Fill it in. It really is rather simple. And, look, there's a "help" button on the same screen and it leads directly to a page full of information that describes the fields you see there. I could tell you exactly what to type where, but you haven't taken very much notice of any the advice I already gave you about not using yahoo to post and setting up an additional account in TB to handle this list, so I don't think it would help. You have a yahoo.co.uk account. You can use their POP3 and SMTP servers in a TB driven account. It won't betray your normal identity, so there's no need to let paranoia ruin your enjoyment of your new email client. It's just as anonymous as posting from yahoo itself. You're just ruining your own reputation on these lists and making your posts hard for people to read. -- Cheers -- //.arck D Pearlstone -- List moderator TB! v2.05 Beta/12 on Windows XP 5.1.2600 Service Pack 1 '
