Hi List, I have grown tired of constantly changing "Hi William" to "Hi Bill" when I reply to an email.
How can I get TB! to do this: 1) When I hit reply, check if the person I'm replying to is in my address book. 2) If so, use the nickname from the address book in the email's greeting. 3) If the person is not in the address book or no nickname is specified, use the first name from the email I am replying to.
