It does not show up there and Resetting does not bring it there either.
Just INBOX is there, with "Synchronise" checked ("All messages").
If a disconnect, reconnect and reset fo the 'Manage IMAP folders' doesn't show up the 'Held Mail' folder then I think that the held mail folder is a public or shared folder. If it's that, then your IMAP account would need to be given access rights to it. If it's not given access rights then it will not show up for subscribing.
I'm not sure why they'd create the folder that way anyway, but it's certainly one reason why the folder may not be appearing in the folder list.
