Hi all, I have had the same problem with a couple of e-mails in the past few months. I'm not sure whether it is a TB!-specific problem. I don't run any other mail clients so I haven't checked to see if the mail can be retrieved by another client.
The connection centre shows that the account is being checked, but it just hangs and never disconnects (I've waited up to 20 minutes to test it). The e-mail is always one that has a .doc attachment, is always from the same place (same domain, different sender) and always has 250+ recipients in the To: list. I have to abort the download and this is what shows up in the log: !23/04/2004, 13:39:51: FETCH - Connection to host broken (last commands sent were: "UIDL", "TOP 1 0") I can't get rid of the e-mail with the dispatcher either. It does the same thing - it just hangs, saying it is retrieving. I have to login to the server, open the inbox and delete the message. I've made a copy of the inbox should anyone want to take a look at the message. http://futurecourse.com/files/inbox.zip Interestingly, I can import the inbox as a Unix mailbox and the message opens up in TB! with no problem. -- Regards, Terry Using The Bat! v2.10.01 on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 1 ________________________________________________ Current version is 2.10.01 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
