I'm using The Bat! Version 1.62i

under Windows 98 4.10 Build 2222 A
After a fresh formatting and re-installing of my SO, I want to set
up more than one identity.
I remember -afer the format -having an 'administrative' account which
has the power to set up different identities and I used to have one
for me and
another for my brother.
Now I successfully regenerated my environment using a 'simple'
(restricted permissions account) but cannot find the
way to create and admninistrative account or even another simple
account for my brother.
