Let's be short about programs that use blacklists. They should be prohibited.
It won't be long before the people maintaining these lists will be
brought to court and they _surely_ will lose that lawsuit.

I'm not defending Spammers. They can be caught and brought to justice if
their providers _really_ want to. As can providers that do not comply with
the rules.

But if there is one thing worse than Spam, it must be blacklists.

Furthermore, the idea behind it is plain stupid. And you wouldn't agree to
use it in other parts of society. Or would you be glad to hear that you can't
drive your (fictious) Volkswagen Golf in the Netherlands anymore, simply because
someone has used a (stolen?) VW Golf during an hold up at a bank in (at
random) Italy? You can't use it any longer because someone, who is a client at
the same garage as you are, has caused an accident?

Nearly 100%, is that so much better than the 99,45% K9 delivers me, without
DNSBL blacklists, and much more important: WITHOUT ONE SINGLE FALSE POSITIVE?
