That's not going to work in a reply, which will be given the
original author's address by default or a mailto, which fills TO
with the mailto target address by default. All in all, a non-starter
ISTM.

There are %IF constructs that can ensure that the message is:

1) a reply (Regex scan %SUBJECT for 'Re:' or local equiv)
2) a reply to an original list message (test %otoadd)

That will ensure that mistakes aren't made, but I wasn't going to
get that complex about it just yet :-).
