One way is to use the 'handle' that you gave the group when you set up
the group.

Put this in the BCC field (PLEASE!) and when you jumpoout of that
field you will see the addition notation <list> pop in next to it to
indicate it recognises the handle.

Please Please ensure you put it in the BCC  field. Otherwise everyone
gets everybody's email address - not good practice...

...adn if anyone accidentally hits the reply to all button and sens
something personal back to you - everyone will get it.

So: put your own address in the TO field and the List Handle in the
BCC field.
