Well, I've got the "AVG Email Scanner" (beta!!): http://www.grisoft.cz/beta/avgemc/avgemc_en.htm which seems to add that additional tab "Mail proxy" between Email-scanner and Update manager, that you are missing. I'm not sure, though, because I didn't pay attetion to the tabs before installing the scanner add-in.
