Thanks for your response.  I didn't get a chance to use your
suggestion.  I did get the send to start working by wiping out the
user name and password and forcing TB! to ask for them.  This ended up
working, but I'm not sure why.  The next time I just ticked the box
that asked (something like) "update settings".  Since then, everything
has worked.
