Surprise, surprise - I tried Fn+0 with Ctrl><Alt> and it did
indeed open all threads. I had to have the cursor somewhere in the
message list rather than the folder list. When I navigated away from
the folder, all threads closed. I don't know if that's how it's
supposed to work, but I do like it.
