This allows you to set OR strings to filter on. Click the Add button and define one of the other strings that should also match. So that's one condition you've defined, i.e., that a match occurs if those two strings are present. Go to the Alternatives tab. Click the Add button and again define the string that must always match. Now hit Alt-insert. (Do not hit the Add button again for this) This will create an AND condition string field for the Alternative condition. In that field, add another of the other strings that should also match. Now hit the Add button to create a new Alternative condition and repeat the steps of the above paragraph. Repeat this process until all conditions are included.
