There are several way to do this.
1) In the AB you enter all addresses in one entry, each address on
its own line.
Now you create templates in the same AB entry and in each template you
enter this line
%To=""%To="Enter all your contact's addresses here"
When you've got multiple contacts to whom you'd like to send
duplicate mail, you create a quick template with the general layout of
the message that you call with %QInlude, but that's up to you.
The reason that even though you've hardcoded the addresses in your
template you're still entering all addresses in your AB-entry is that
now TB can recognize all his addresses (especially convenient when
he's using all addresses every now and then in his correspondence with
you and you're replying.)

2) Let's say I'm one of your contacts with multiple addresses.
Create an AB group called 'Roelof Otten' with the distinctive handle
'Roelof'
Now create an AB entry for each of my addresses
In the properties of the AB group (not the individual entries) you set
this line in every template:
%To=""%To="Roelof <list>"
Here again, if you've got multiple contacts maintain the basic message
template as a QT that you include in the different templates.
The advantage of option 2 is that you don't have to alter/add/delete
addresses in every template and the addresses sector when the
addresses change, now you only have to change the AB entry for that
particular address.
The disadvantage is a bigger AB, because of your multiple entries.

Note that you might get unwanted effects when your sending mail to
multiple recipients while the first of your addressees in one of your
multiple address contacts.
