TB thinks that your message didn't get sent. What errors did you see
in your log? Did your recipient receive the message?
Are you using an smtp server on your LAN or your ISP's smtp server?
Running a frirewall a virus scanner?Do you find problems with
non-picture attachments, with bigger attachments, with smaller
attachments?
Has your ISP a maximum allowed message size?
Do you encounter problems with long living connections?
