I never said that most other software has brilliant help. I totally agree with your disdain for "wizards". IMHO, the Microsofts of this world (and many of their blind followers) have made things worse, not better, by dumbing down their software. For example, I get tired of explaining the difference between connecting to the net and *using* the net. All I want is a help file that is (1) Comprehensive, (2) Consistent and (3) Structured.
