But if someone upgrades to 2.12.00 by merely extracting the thebat.exe file from the installation file (as a few people have suggested) instead of letting TB! run through a normal installation, then they will not have an "images\default" folder or a "default.msl" file. This may be part of the confusion for some. As far as I know these are new for 2.12.00. I just did an experiment and C-S-A-t will not rebuild them if they are missing.
