Hello users, I kinda feel bad for talking Mary into taking over management of the PCWSmileys as she's been keeping extremely busy tracking down numerous uploaded images and their copyright status. So far we've discovered a few that were copyrighted and had to remove them.
So, as a heads-up I will be tying the PCWSmileys upload capability into the Roguemoticons accounts (meaning you'll have to have a valid account on Roguemoticons, and will have to log in to upload to the PCWSmileys page). For those of you not wishing to actually have a Roguemoticon, this can be accomplished by not submitting an image in your account, and you won't show up on the Rogues page or in the downloaded .MSL files, but will have the ability upload images. However, to just download the PCWSmileys.ZIP file or see the images on a webpage, you do not need an account on Roguemoticons. **You'll only need an account if you want to upload images.** This will most likely happen sometime next week. While I've been tracking IPs of uploaders of images, it's entirely too much work to actually try and figure out who that IP belongs too.
