Bitten by the To: macro? :) It's a lot better to create templates for the lists using address book templates. Give the list address book entries simple names so that creating new messages isn't such a hassle. For example, when creating a new tbudl message, I just bring up a new message and type tbudl. The auto-complete finishes the address entry. I tab into the message body field and go.
