[-] bugfix in %StrTr, when performing rot-translation
[-] now %Prefix reacts not only on CRLF, but LF as well
[*] added new macros in test mode, %DateToCounter and
%CounterToDate, for date and time calculations
[*] removed %RegExpBlind as a buggy one (couldn't fix)
