In that case you won't have to enter a STRING on the RULE tab (unless
you want to use a filter string to further filter among members of
your "work friends" group).
Instead (or in addition), on the ADVANCED tab:
pull down to [x] ADDRESS(ES) MUST BE LISTED IN ADDRESS BOOK
choose the appropriate items
[x] THE ADDRESS ENTRY MUST BELONG TO GROUPS
press the button on your right and [x] the group or groups
