If you're using IMAP, then you can safely delete the cache for the TB! IMAP folder and allow it to resync with the server. The IMAP folders in TB! aren't really folders like the folders of POP accounts. They're actually represented as files at the explorer level. The files are named in a way that you can't easily tell which represents which IMAP folder.
