Yes. This has happened with me too. While I normally don't put The
Bat!'s window on the second monitor, I tried doing it and rebooting.
It's as y'all say, TB! always comes up on the main monitor. I have
another program which actually lives on the 2nd monitor, but that can
be a big problem, too! Sometimes when I unplug and go portable I
forget to reposition that program to the primary monitor. When that
happens, trying to access it becomes impossible. It's loaded, but
invisible - residing on the phantom number two monitor.
