OK, your are familiar with OFS (Old Filtering System), right? Well, just for the records, these filters are kept in a *.SRX file, one per each account. You don't need to do anything to 'transfer', just install v3.0 and the first time you start TB it will convert your OFS filters to NFS (New Filtering Systems). Also for the record, the new converted filters ar kept in *.SRB files, also one per account. To see and use you your NFS (which, BTW, is the only option in v3.0) just go to Account/Sorting Office and you will see the difference. Why did I mention the *.SRX and *.SRB files? If, for whatever reason you wanted to go back to v2.xx, all you would have to do is replace the thebat.exe in the installation directy with the corresponding one of the v2.xx version. Then, because your *.SRX files are still there if you have not deleted them yourself, you v2.xx TB would work with your old filters just as you had them before you moved to v3.0. Obviously enough, any changes done while using v3.0 will NOT be in your old filter. HTH. -- Best regards, Miguel A.
