I read about that on tbbeta, and I wondered whether that wasn't what Pat
J. was asking for in her original post.

In the event, Roelof gave her the best advice she could possibly have
had. I think she knows a little bit more about computers than I do,
but she's right to be cautious and ask on the list what to do.

My idea is that at present it's good to be running 3.0, and therefore
be in place for the 3.01 (or however it will be numbered) release that
will reflect the work you're doing alongside 9Val right now.
