I don't usually use it either. I was referring to the message that
keeps popping up when reading e-mail that says:

Do you use plugins? Which ones?
Here I have: My Macros 1.06a
Vampire X 160-02-04
BayesIt 0.6.00
X-Face 1.2
Do you have any .tmp files on your drive that have not been deleted by
The Bat! ? I have to manually do this occasionally to clean up these
files.
Do you use RTV or PTV. I use the RTV.
What AntiVirus do you use? I use Avast here and AVG at home.
Do you use lots of Virtual Folders, I only have a few and they are
mostly the fast search type.
Do you use many filters that filter on Message Source as opposed to
headers, which use less overhead?
What Browser do you use? I am still stuck with Internet Explorer, but
I notice many use Firefox and they are often reporting problems with
two windows opening when clicking on HTML links. Maybe its related.
I don't know what else, I'm just attempting to find out a pattern as
to why some people have these problems and not others. Maybe the
developers can suggest where we might look.

Will give this a try.
