Do you use a folder-template?
I mean a template that is specifically used in 1 folder?
And if so, is the line
%SetHeader("X-Rogue",":Puella63:")%-
in it?

I guess you are actually using another template than the one you inserted in
your message. Or, at least, there is one that overwrites the result of the
one you showed us.

Anyway, there isn't an X-Rogue headerfield in your message (look at the
header with Ctrl-Shift-K).

Now look at my message, and you will see one.
