Yes it is a shame that some people have a problem. I have too at
various times. But that is something that we put up with to support
something that is *very affordable* (i.e. free) and that works on many
more systems than it doesn't ... we try it, identify errors and help
the author get them fixed. And every version does get better and bugs
that can be identified are fixed.

You do realize that the Alexi is developing this on his own just for
our benefit, right? He gets no payment for this.

But he cannot do it in a vacuum. It is not easy for an **individual**
without the resources of someone like Microsoft to be able to test on
all possible hardware-software configurations out there. He relies on
us to give him useful feedback about how things fail.

I am sure he would welcome your help identifying bugs. Have you
written to him to see if, between the two of you, you can figure out
what is not working so he can fix it? I know that, at least in the
past, he has worked with others that have had problems and took the
time to contact him about working through the problem. I was one of
them <wink>

Hmmm ... You don't seem to like the other free alternatives much
either. Maybe you should invest the requisite thousands of dollars in
one of the "main stream" solutions. They work (mostly) <weg>
