I have found that the only way that I can access the site (other than the initial page) is to sign on - get sent to the blank page, then go to another site (something like Google). I then enter: http://www.pcwize.com/thebat/tbudp/tiki-index.php in my browser. This takes me back to the site, which then recognises me as signed in and permits me access.
